Shipping Policy

Each item that is purchased is shipped via USPS. After order is placed, processing time is 24-48hrs. Delivery time is between 3-7 days after label is created. 

Refund Policy

ALL items returned must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached. Returns are only accepted up to 14 days after purchase date and will be received as store credit. Before returning your item please email us at shopheygirlfriend@gmail.com please include your order number, date and full name. We do not cover return shipping on returned items. Once we have confirmed your return please include a written note for the reason of your return, your email address and full name. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your items, we will process your return and you will be notified via email. No returns will be issued on sale items. Gift cards are FINAL SALE.
